Founded by Richard Adler, MD, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist who has consulted and spoken extensively for several pharmaceutical companies, OnPoint Communications has developed a group of carefully screened "black belt" physician speakers and trainers to deploy to medical speaking training and development programs across the country.

Richard Adler, MD
President and CEO

A forensic, child and adult psychiatrist and top-rated speaker for several pharmaceutical companies, Dr. Adler leads the training programs and creation of medical speaking development programs for physicians and sales reps. After earning his undergraduate degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (summa cum laude), he graduated from Albany Medical College of Union University with residency and fellowships at Harvard Medical School. Blake Park
Vice President of Marketing and Sales

With marketing and media relations experience honed at Disney, Getty Images and in management consulting, Blake Park oversees OnPoint's operations and client management activities. He is a member of the Medical Marketing Association and has been trained in medical speaking. A graduate of Yale, Blake Park earned his MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business.
